1. Returns
We accept returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days
of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at support@shopamima.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at
support@shopamima.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
